These cover using this website and sending us an enquiry. They are not the terms of a trip — those come later, in writing, before anything is confirmed.

This site is operated by MY Travel, a travel business based in Israel. These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms of any trip: a trip is agreed with you separately, in writing, and that agreement is what governs it.
What this site is
MY Travel is an Israeli inbound tour operator. This website describes the kinds of trips we plan and lets you start a conversation about one. It is an information and enquiry site.
Sending an enquiry does not book anything
Filling in the form is the start of a conversation, not a booking and not a contract. Nothing is reserved, nothing is owed, and no price is agreed. If we go on to plan a trip together, you will receive the terms for that trip separately and in writing, and nothing is confirmed until you have seen and accepted them.
There is no payment on this site. We do not ask for card or bank details through the website, and we will never ask for them by return of a form submission. If you ever receive a message that appears to be from us asking for payment details in an unexpected way, please contact us directly on the number or address below before acting on it.
About the content here
Sample itineraries, timings, and descriptions on this site are illustrative. Every trip is designed individually, so what you read here is an example of the shape a trip can take rather than a fixed product or an offer.
Conditions on the ground in Israel — opening hours, access to particular sites, seasonal considerations, travel advice — change, sometimes at short notice. We keep this site as accurate as we can and correct it when we learn something has changed, but please confirm anything you are relying on with us directly, and consult official travel advice from your own government before you travel.

The brand and the content
The MY Travel name, logo, and the text and images on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read, quote and share them with attribution. Please do not present them as your own or use our branding in a way that implies we are connected to something we are not.

What we collect and what we do with it is set out on the privacy page.
Changes
We may update these terms as the business takes shape — particularly once the trip booking process is in place. The date at the top always shows when they last changed.
