The process

How a custom trip comes together

No packages to pick from. We start with your group and build outwards.

The steps

  1. Tell us who is coming

The occasion, roughly when, how many people, and the age range. That is enough to start.

  2. We talk it through

A real conversation about pace, interests, what people can and cannot manage physically, and what would make the trip feel like yours.

  3. We design the itinerary

Built from scratch, not pulled off a shelf. You see a day-by-day plan and we adjust it until it is right.

  4. We confirm and hold the ground arrangements

Hotels, guides, transport and activities are contracted directly by us, with guides licensed by the Israeli Ministry of Tourism.

  5. You travel

With someone on the ground in Israel who knows the plan and can change it when the day calls for it.

What is and is not included

Included

  • A custom itinerary designed around your group
  • Guiding by Ministry of Tourism-licensed guides, and ground transport
  • Accommodation booked and coordinated for you
  • Planning and coordination from Israel, before and during the trip

Not included

  • International flights — booked separately, so you keep control of routing, dates, and points
  • Travel insurance for individual travellers
  • Personal spending

This is the usual shape of it rather than a contract. What is covered shifts with what a trip actually involves, so the itinerary we send you lists exactly what is included for your group — down to which meals — instead of leaving you to infer it from a general list.

Cost and deposits

Every trip is quoted individually, because every itinerary is different. Tell us what you have in mind and we will come back with a real number.

That number is built from the ground up rather than taken off a rate card: the coach and driver, the licensed guide, the hotel nights, the site entries, the meals in the itinerary. What moves it is the size of the group, the length of the trip, the season, the standard of hotel, and how many of the days need a private guide and coach rather than free time.

Flights sit outside it — you book those yourself, which keeps the largest and most variable cost of the trip under your control. Payment is arranged directly with us rather than through a checkout on this site, and the schedule is agreed with you when the itinerary is: a family paying in one go and a community group collecting from forty households do not need the same one.

Tell us what you have in mind

Every trip starts the same way: a conversation about who is coming, what the occasion is, and what you actually want out of it.
